Second Bill	On top of the basketball rim	Find the platform in the hall and interact with it to lower it. Move it near the basketball hoop, then climb up to the rim and collect the bill.
Third Bill	On the floor of the warehouse	Go through the vault to enter the warehouse. Once inside, turn sharply to the right to find the final bill on the floor.
