In this guide, we shall go over how to enter the Chrono Gate during the Sentinel’s Mission of Chrono Odyssey.
Chrono Odyssey’s Playtest is now live, and people are already uncovering several of the game’s secrets. The world of Chrono Odyssey has tons of quests to complete, each of which takes you to new locations, putting you up against powerful new bosses.
One of the first “Epic Quests” you’ll get in the game, the Sentinel’s Mission, tasks you with the seemingly impossible task of defeating the Void Apostle. The Void Apostle holds the Chronotector’s Movement, and the only way to reclaim it is to defeat him.
The issue with the Sentinel’s Mission quest is that the Void Apostle is inside the Chrono Gate. Finding and entering the Chrono Gate is a hassle in and of itself. The game gives you no indicators on where this Chrono Gate is and how to enter it. If you’re stuck on this quest and have no idea how to proceed, we’re here to help.

How To Find and Enter the Chrono Gate in the Sentinel’s Mission in Chrono Odyssey
Once you have the Sentinel’s Mission Epic Quest in Chrono Odyssey, you will be tasked with entering the Chrono Gate and defeating the Void Apostle. Once you have the objective active, head over to the fast travel point in the Citadel and interact with the altar by pressing the ‘E’ key. This will open the quick travel map. Scroll up to the First Breath Hill portion of the map and click on the Brackley Altar button. Press the ‘E’ key to fast travel to this location.
Once you spawn into the map after fast traveling, you have to head northeast, past the Abandoned Farm. Cut through the stream to your right and keep heading straight till you see a waterfall. There is a cave to your right, just before the waterfall.
Enter the cave and keep going straight till you reach the end. The game will then display “Chrono Gate” on your screen, and you will see a red light ahead. Walk up to the light and hold the ‘E’ key to enter the Chrono Gate and proceed with the Sentinel’s Mission.
