How To Start the Gestral Race in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
You start the Gestral Race in Clair Obscur Expedition 33 by talking to the Gestral at the Gestral Beach. Head over and press the designated interaction button to talk to the NPC. The Gestral will then welcome you to the race, and you can select the “Let’s Race” option to start the race. The game will then place you on the starting line with a countdown, and the race begins once it says “GO!”
How To Beat the Gestral Race
The Gestral Race is fairly straightforward at a glance, but tricky to master. As soon as the race begins, a timer will start counting your time at the top. Head straight and jump through all the obstacles ahead. The platforming may seem difficult, but the path is laid out clearly.
After the platforming, you will reach rotating platforms. These platforms move against you, so make sure not to let go of the sprint key. Head over and scale the right wall up ahead, then jump to the finish line to win the race. The key to beating the course is to constantly hold the sprint key. This will maintain your momentum and keep you moving fast.

- Silver (00:41): Grandiose Chroma Catalyst
- Gold (00:38): Verso’s Swimsuit II
