The Frost Eveque is a frost version of the Eveque boss you meet early on in the game. This version of the boss brings the same level of difficulty as the original and adds a few extra hurdles through its elemental damage. How To Defeat Frost Eveque in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
Right off the bat, despite what you may think after reading its name, the Frost Eveque is resistant to fire. Fire won’t work, so don’t rely on it when facing this boss. The boss is weak to lightning, so bring the appropriate lightning-based equipment to deal the highest possible damage.
Next, you need to watch out for what the Frost Eveque throws at you. The boss will pull out a frost crystal and hold it in their hand. This crystal will then shoot beams at all members of the party. You’ll have to parry every single beam if you wish to counterattack.

The next, more powerful attack that the boss relies on is the spear attack. In this, the boss conjures up a frost spear, charging it behind its back, right before slamming it in front of your party for a decimating shockwave. To counter this, you will have to parry both the spear and its shockwaves.
The final attack that the boss uses is the frost thorn spell. The boss conjures thorns that sprout from the ground and attack a party member. This attack is the easiest to read, as it comes in waves. Prepare to parry after you see the second set of thorns sprout.
