Where Can You Find the Breaking Slow Pictos in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?

This Picto can be found quite early and right outside the first main area. After Gustave wakes up alone in Spring Meadows after Renoir annihilated most of Expedition 33, you can navigate the grounds to find the remains of his allies. Lune will catch up with him, and they will fight the nearby Nevrons. As you exit the area, head west, and you can spot a Paint Cage.
Paint Cages are this game’s version of lockboxes. To loot this chest, you must blast all the nearby locks to break the seal. These locks are relatively close to the Paint Cage, and you can approach it to pick up the locked Picto.

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 has a unique take on the traditional turn-based combat system. Your characters can dodge and parry incoming attacks, while your enemies have a break meter. The faster and harder you hit them, the faster the meter will build. The Breaking Slow Picto can increase your break damage if the target is inflicted by the slow status effect.
