The Longer Shell Pictos is a defensive and support item in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. Pictos are special items that can be assigned to specific party members. Every Pictos comes with passive perks called Lumina that can be shared with other allies with the Colour of Lumina. You can apply as many as you can to create a strong build for late-game battles.

Where Can You Find the Longer Shell Pictos in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
There are a few ways to acquire the Longer Shell Pictos, but the earliest way is to fight the Ramasseur enemy in the Forgotten Battlefield. This type of Nevron will be easy to spot and will spawn in the main path. Alternatively, you can find it on the ground as you explore the area. You can find an upgraded variant at the Reacher, one of the Axon islands. You can also acquire the Longer Shell Pictos by defeating the following enemies around the Continent:
- Bouchelier
- Rocher
- Chalier
If you acquired it early, the other variants you pick up will upgrade the one you already have.
The Shell Buff Can Last Longer With the Longer Shell Pictos
The real benefit of the Longer Shell Pictos is that it can extend your shield buff. This is a defensive buff that can keep your party members safe from harm’s way for a short while. The longer you have it on, the better it will be to have it in longer and harder battles. We recommend applying the Lumina for every member of Expedition 33 as you progress through the story.
