Where Can You Find the Protecting Last Stand Pictos in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
After finding Maelle in the Manor through the Flying Waters door, Expedition 33 can head for the Ancient Sanctuary to make their way to the Gestral Village. However, this is the first opportunity you get to explore the Continent. Rather than rushing through the story, head east and find the portal entrance to the Hidden Gestral Arena.
It is a small area and is mainly used for fighting. Follow the path and step into the arena to speak to the Gestral. To acquire the Protecting Last Stand Pictos, you must defeat the first three opponents in the arena in a one-on-one fight. We recommend you pick either Maelle or Gustave to deal the most damage. After winning, you will automatically receive the Pictos as a reward.
Fighting Alone Will Grant You Extra Protection
It can be nerve-wracking to fight alone, especially if all your allies are down against a powerful boss. The Protecting Last Stand Pictos can increase your chances of surviving by buffing you with a shield. This shield can protect you from any attack only once, but it is enough to buy you time to rally.
