You can find Citrelo near the Sacred River. Like most Gestral Merchants, you can spot them all over the Continent as you explore the Overworld. Clair Obscur Expedition 33 has a unique exploration system to trim traditional travel times. Citrelo has a large basket as a bag and can be spotted near trees.
