S-Tier (Best Accessories in the Game)
These Accessories provide the highest stat boosts and are the best choices for any build. However, they are difficult to obtain due to boss fights or event restrictions.
- Los Lobos Clothes (+10,000 Defense, Sword, Special, Strength) – Drops from Starkk (LL) Boss
- Igris’s Cape (+10,000 Sword) – Drops from Shadow Monarch Dungeon
- Igris’s Helmet (+10,000 Defense) – Drops from Shadow Monarch Dungeon
- Christmas Coat (+5000 Defense, Special, Sword, Strength) – Event-only, Padoru Exchanger
- Cursed Arm (+5000 Sword, +7500 Strength) – Event-only, Padoru Exchanger
A-Tier (Powerful and Reliable)
These Accessories provide great stat increases and are easier to obtain than S-Tier items.
- Rimuru Coat (Copies stats of the last Accessory used) – Drops from Tempest Dungeon
- Strongest Coat (+5000 Defense, +5000 Special) – Obtained from Grade Upgrader NPC
