Looking to build the best team in Anime Realms? We’ve put together a complete tier list to help you pick the strongest units for both Story and Infinite modes. With so many characters to choose from, knowing which ones are worth your time and resources can make a big difference in your progress. The game keeps getting new units and balance changes, so we’ve made sure this guide is up to date for February 2025.
We’ve tested all the units and ranked them based on their performance in different game modes. Our February 2025 list includes all the latest additions to help you make smart choices for your team. Plus, we’ll show you which traits work best for each unit to maximize their potential.
Story Mode Top Units
In Story mode, you need to be careful with your resources. Here are the units that give you the most value:
S Tier Units That Dominate
Rage Brulo is currently the strongest unit you can get. His combination of high damage and full map coverage when upgraded makes him unmatched. Lao is another powerhouse, especially against bosses when you have the Surgeon’s Buff active. Both units are worth investing your resources in, as they’ll carry you through most content.
Must-Have Support Units
Speedcart is a unit you’ll want in every team you make. He’s the only farming unit in the game, which means more resources for upgrades. Al makes your whole team better by cutting upgrade costs and boosting everyone’s damage by 15%. Together, these support units create a solid foundation for any team setup.
Best Units To Start With
Just starting out? Focus on getting these units first:
Pick Ichigoat as your starter unit. He has the best damage output early on and can handle groups of enemies well. Kid Sosuke is great for taking down bosses, even though he’s not the best at handling crowds. Getting both of these units early on will make your journey much smoother.
How To Get New Units
The summoning system in Anime Realms is pretty straightforward. You unlock regular banners at level 5, which let you get shiny units. At level 20, you can start summoning Secret tier units. The game guarantees you’ll get a Legendary unit within 50 pulls and a Mythic unit within 400 summons. The good news is that if you get lucky and pull a rare unit early, your pity counter keeps going. Make sure to save your gems for banners featuring units you really want.
Managing Your Units
Your inventory will fill up fast as you collect units. Open the units menu with K to sell or combine units you don’t need. If you want more space, you can buy inventory slots in the battlepass shop with Robux. Remember to keep at least one copy of each unit, as you never know when they might become useful in future updates.
