Court Documents of Pxie and Destiny’s Lawsuit Surface on Social Media

Court documents of Pxie’s lawsuit against Destiny have surfaced on social media after the latter was accused of non-consensual recording.

In a recent development regarding the allegations against Steven “Destiny,” Pxie has sued the streamer in court. The court documents for the lawsuit have surfaced on social media. A 13-page detailed document goes over the nature of the case. For those unaware, Pxie accused Destiny of non-consensually recording and posting explicit images and videos. The court document states that the lawsuit seeks to hold Destiny accountable for his “unauthorized, intentional, and unlawful disclosure” of intimate images and sexually explicit videos of Pxie.

According to the document, approximately 15 women reached out to Pxie, accusing Steven of sharing non-consensual images. Steven was also accused of deleting the chat history with the women. After Pxie posted her allegations online, several women, including Chaeiry, also came forward to accuse Destiny. The document states that Steven launched a “smear campaign” against Pxie and several others on his website and the DGG group chat. The court document also mentions Denims’ allegation against Destiny, where Steven was accused of illegally and non-consensually recording her.

“On or about January 24, 2025, another female political streamer talks about Bonnell’s sharing of the Video. She informs her followers that Destiny/Bonnell had recorded a conversation with her without her knowledge or consent. She alleges that after their personal relationship deteriorated, he became publicly hostile towards her.”

Destiny is a political commentary streamer on Kick, where he boasts a following of 117.8K followers. Apart from his Kick channel, the streamer also uploads content on his YouTube channel, which boasts a following of 842K subscribers. He uploads conversations with other internet personalities, as well as highlights from his Kick streams. The court documents mention that Destiny was suspended on Twitch.

How Much Compensation Does Pxie Demand From Destiny?

According to the court documents, Pxie has sued Destiny on four counts:

  • Count I- Violation of the Intimate Image Protection Act
  • Count II- Sexual Cyber Harassment
  • Count III- Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
  • Count IV- Invasion of Privacy

On the ninth page, the document states that the actual damages are yet to be determined. However, it mentions an alternative amount of $150,000, with Pxie set to receive whichever amount is greater. On the eleventh page, the document specifies over $1 million in compensatory damages.
