Until you have completed her quests, you can only interact with her after midnight. However, once you complete the quests, she will be available to interact with whenever you wish.

Finding Zoey’s Necklace in Date Everything
The first part of her story quest revolves around finding a necklace. This is essential, as it will help remind Zoey of her past life. Since Zoey is from the 1980s, the only character who can help you find this lost piece of jewelry is Bodhi Windbreaker. Even though he is first available beneath the house, in the crawl space that leads to the attic, after the first meeting, he will move to the living room. Interact with him, and he will give you the necklace.
Recruiting Members for Zoey’s Seance
Once this is done, head back to Zoey. She will soon get some flashbacks of her previous life and will be disturbed because of them. Give her a little time before your next interaction. To bring her back to life, you will need help from three characters: Nightmare, Willi, and Reggie. If you have already met these people, you can skip this part. If not, you will have to interact with them at least once.
Once this is done, head back to Zoey to start the seance. This part will help you bring her back to the real world. Interacting with Zoey will start the process. Multiple other characters will also join you, including Parker and Sophia. After a short while, the seance will be finished, and Zoey will give you two choices: she can return to the real world, or she can vanish completely.
