Simply head to your kitchen and interact with the bar counter to meet Beverly. Soon after interacting with her, you will realise that she is an ambitious woman who wants to reach the top in her bartending business.
However, she will need your help with this. If you want to unlock the love ending or befriend her, you must help her. But, if you want the hate ending, you can ignore her from this point and not help her. This will eventually ruin things between you, and you will get the hate ending.
