Eddie and Volt embody the electricity and wires around the house in Date Everything. Both characters are considered the same dateable and feature contrasting personalities. Volt is charming and energetic, while Eddie is reserved and grumpy. Reaching an ending with the two will raise the player’s Empathy SPECS.
Where To Find Volt and Eddie in Date Everything

You can find Volt and Eddie by scanning the breaker box in the utility closet. The closet is located in the upstairs hallway. Climb the stairs and take a right, then open the second door to find the utility closet just before reaching the Attic.
Date Everything: Volt and Eddie Relationship Guide
Volt and Eddie’s storyline revolves around fixing the power issues at their club and coaxing Eddie to open up with compassion. Since the two share the same spot on the Date-a-Dex, you’ll have to choose the correct dialogue options with both at key moments for positive endings.
Love

After your first meeting with Volt and Eddie, the Breaker Box Club begins to close. Instead of leaving, speak with Eddie. When you try and talk to him, he pushes you away.
On your second visit to the club, you walk in on an argument between Eddie and Volt. When Volt begins hosting you, the lights start flickering. After the show concludes, wait for Volt. When Eddie appears, try to speak with him again and say, “Something is wrong with this club…” Offer to help the club. Eddie will try to get rid of you again, but don’t take no for an answer.
The third meeting involves helping Eddie fix the club. You can take any opportunity to flirt with the handyman between work. The next day, join him for a drink after work. When he says the work is done, choose “Can I still come by and help? The day to day stuff sounds fun.” Convince Eddie that you come to the club for him, not just Volt, and continue to be empathetic toward him.
On the final day, flirt with Volt and choose the option to kiss him. During the show, the power goes out, and the game hits you with a plot twist about Volt and Eddie. Choose the following dialogue options to get the love ending:
- “If Volt is a part of you, then you’ll never lose him.”
- “Maybe not. But even I can see that what it’s like right now isn’t any better for you.”
- “You’re doing great, almost there.”
- Reset the power
- “Hello?”
- “Live wire. Only Volt calls me that.”
- “Where’s Volt?”
- “Wait, taken with me as in…?”
- “The feeling is very much mutual.”
Friendship
Getting the friendship ending still involves helping Volt and Eddie save their club but remaining platonic throughout the run. You can also choose to stay friends rather than become lovers with the last dialogue option.
Hate
To get the hate ending, leave the club after the show ends initially. When you meet Eddie, insult him and choose the negative dialogue options. Volt will turn blue out of anger, Eddie will disappear, and you will achieve the hate ending.
