He is the embodiment of the protagonist’s food in Date Everything, and his storyline revolves around reviewing restaurants. Number 32 on the Date-a-Dex, Mitchell Linn gives Smarts SPECS points upon reaching an ending with him. 

Where To Find Mitchell Linn in Date Everything

You can find Mitchell Linn by scanning any food item in the kitchen with the Dateviators. The bowl of fruit on the circular kitchen table works, and so do the boxes of cereal and snacks in the cabinet above the coffee maker. Scan them with the glasses, and Mitchell Linn will be unlocked as a Dateable after a brief introduction.

To win over Mitchell Linn, you’ll have to accompany him to three restaurants and assist him with food reviews. His romantic ending is particularly challenging, as you need to pick all the right dialogue options, which requires an understanding of fine dining.

After your second review, you’ll find Mitchell deep in thought. When prompted, choose the following responses:

Situated in the kitchen, Yummy Yeti is Freddy the Fridge’s ice cream place. You’ll have to praise the food and Freddy to win Mitchell’s approval once again. These are the correct responses written in chronological order:

  • “Rustic, in the best way. Feels like home.”
  • “That’s so creative, I love it.”
  • “Freddy, that’s so cool. Pun intended.”
  • “Wanna swirl things up with that delicious strawberry?”
  • “Frederick. Can I call you Frederick? It’s absolutely sublime.”
  • “Lay it on me, baby!”
  • “Just take me now, why don’t you?”
  • “You’re a naughty, naughty boy…”
  • “Give it to me, Freddy.”
  • “Your service was good.”

After the third review, you’ll have a chance to share a romantic moment with Mitchell. Choose the romantic dialogue options: 

  • “I felt it too.”
  • “Felt that heat, that electricity.”
  • “It doesn’t have to be…”

After hearing the food critic’s reviews, choose “I’d like to make a reservation… Romantic dinner for two?” After selecting and attending the date of your choice, you’ll achieve the love ending with Mitchell Linn. 

Friendship 

If you review all the restaurants with Mitchell but get several answers wrong, you’ll end up receiving the friendship ending after the final visit. You can also follow the romantic path and ultimately choose to be friends. 

Hate 

To get the hate ending with Mitchell, choose several wrong answers from your very first meeting. Additionally, select the rude dialogue options wherever possible, and you’ll be at the receiving end of the food critic’s hatred in no time.
