One of the three newly added trains in the recent update, the Passenger Train is a black-and-gold steam locomotive in Dead Rails, available for 250 Bonds. It features an enclosed, red-seated cabin with an old Western feel and stands out visually as one of the more stylish trains in the game. While it doesn’t offer any special combat gimmicks or defense bonuses, it brings solid protection and a great look, especially for players who like running with friends.

What Makes the Passenger Train Special in Dead Rails Roblox?

The Passenger Train is fully enclosed, made of metal, and bulletproof. That alone makes it a decent option for classes that need protection, like the Vampire, which would otherwise take sun damage in open trains. It also makes it harder for enemies to climb onto your train mid-combat.

It doesn’t offer any bonus speed or firepower, but if you want a train with a classy interior and better defense than the Wooden Train, it’s a solid pick.

Stats & Details

  • Cost: 250 Bonds

Is the Passenger Train Worth It in Dead Rails?

If you care about looks and protection, then the Passenger Train is a solid pickup. It’s not the most functional train in terms of utility or power, but the enclosed design, Vampire protection, and Western aesthetic make it a favorite among collectors and stylish players.

Just know that if you’re low on Bonds, you may want to invest in something more practical, like the Ghost Train or Wooden Train, first. But if you’re looking to ride in luxury or just want a safe place to hang with friends while clearing the desert, it’s a fine choice.
