For starters, you will have to gather items like a metal sheet, a wooden plank, or barbed wire. Once you have these items, you can use the weld feature in-game to attach them to your train.
- Hold the item by pressing ‘F’ to remove it from your sack, and click the left mouse button to drag it.
- Move the item close to your train’s edge and hold it upright.
- You will get the weld icon on the bottom right of your screen.
- Press ‘Z’ to weld the item to the train in a protective manner.
- To unweld an item, simply press ‘Z’ and drag it out with your mouse.
