After that, once you start exploring your surroundings with the new company, you will eventually come across the Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle. Deltarune is known for its weird and wacky game design, and this puzzle segment won’t be an exception. So, if you are struggling with it, we have discussed it in detail in this guide.
How To Solve the Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle in Deltarune Chapter 2
The Annoying Mouse Room Puzzles in Deltarune may be a bit unusual, but that doesn’t mean everyone can breeze through them. There are a total of three Mouse Room Puzzles in Chapter 2, and the difficulty rises with each. So, we have provided the solution to all of them below.
Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle 1

Once you are in the Annoying Mouse Room 1, you will find a button that releases mice and a green panel on the wall. Your primary task during this segment will be to get all of the mice into the hole named “in”. To do that, you must rearrange all of the green squares on the floor so the mice get redirected when they touch them. Furthermore, you can follow the steps below to solve this puzzle in Deltarune.
- Stand directly in front of the hole named “in”, left of the “Info” panel on the wall.
- Push the green panel one click downward.
- Then, stand left of the same green panel and push it towards Noelle and against the wall.
- Lastly, press the release button and all the mice will go into the “In” hole.
If you successfully guide all the mice into the correct hole and avoid any unfortunate incidents, the puzzle will be solved, and your next path will open automatically.
Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle 2

Naturally, the more you progress in the game, the harder it becomes. The Annoying Mouse Room 2 throws more difficulty as well as complexity compared to its predecessor. This time, you will have two separate sets of panels, green and red, directing towards opposite directions.
In addition to that, there will also be three grids, and manipulating them will rotate different panels. Similar to the previous puzzle, your primary task will be to send the mice into the right mousehole. Follow the steps below if you need some help.
- The first thing you have to do is go to the console to the far left and use it to rotate the grid eight times to the right. Now you should see a red block in the top middle, one on the bottom right, and the other one on the middle left.
- After that, take over the middle console and use it to turn the second grid right five times. The green block should now be on the bottom, and the red one on the top right corner.
- Lastly, use the last console to the far right and rotate the third grid left two times. This should position one green tile in the middle and the other one on the top right corner.
- Release the mice, and they should go into the “in” hole without any complications.
After completing the puzzle, you will see that the force field is still up and large. To take it down, you must solve the puzzle again by releasing more mice. The grid positions should be the same and won’t require any adjustments.
Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle 3

For the last Annoying Mouse Room Puzzle in Deltarune, you will have to hit Noelle with the mice. This time, the puzzle revolves around this particular NPC. At the start of the segment, you will notice two different grids with Noelle standing on one of them. There isn’t much method to figure out the right sequence of the panels. Your primary task will be to keep rotating said panels and make sure that the mice hit Noelle.
As you hit Noelle, she will be jumping from one platform to another. Furthermore, during this event, you will notice various letters appearing on the platform. To solve the puzzle, keep hitting Noelle until you get the “ILOVEMOUSE”. Once this hidden word is fully spelled out, the puzzle will be solved. ,,,
