One of the rewards for exploring through this chapter thoroughly is that you encounter a donation fountain. This is full of special rewards for the deserving. In this article, we will be talking about what rewards you will unlock from the donation fountain in Deltarune, Chapter 4.
Donation Rewards in Deltarune Chapter 4
The rewards from the Deltarune fountain are random, leaving you with no way to figure out what you can expect next. There is a great surprise element mixed with the joy of opening the chest each time. That being said, there is a cost each time you try and open the chest. This is one of the reasons many may eventually skip it altogether, as there is no certainty as to what you may get from it.
There is a signboard nearby that suggests a cryptic message. ‘You’ll be rewarded when you “pass to the other side”.’ So, how do you know how much money you will need to toss in the fountain? Let me explain.
Depending on the size of your donation, you will receive a reward with a relevant strength. You will not receive the rewards immediately until later in the chapter. Depending upon the size of your donation, you can claim one of these magnificent rewards. The chest will give you the item matching the highest donation figure of yours. After donating, you will be able to claim the reward in the second Dark Sanctuary. You will visit this place soon after you return from a church, halfway through this chapter. This area is a mirror version of the first dark sanctuary where you are presently. So you will also find the chest beside the fountain over there.
The NPC guarding the chest will be subject to attacking you. And attack you he will if you haven’t donated to the first dark sanctuary. On the contrary, if you did make a donation, he will congratulate and reward you for your services. After that, you can claim your rewards.
