Deltarune, like many other games, allows you to equip accessories and items of different kinds. The items you equip confer different effects based on what they are. One of the types of equipment in the game is armor.
The armors available in Deltarune have different benefits and effects. As a result of these differences, they promote different kinds of playstyles. One such armor is the Pink Ribbon, which has a very unique effect. Here is how you can obtain the Pink Ribbon in Deltarune.

What Does the Pink Ribbon Do in Deltarune?
This is the counterpart of the White Ribbon, which is the first armor obtained in the game. The Pink Ribbon has two effects. The first is that it increases the wearer’s defense by 1. The second is that it increases the graze area for obtaining TP by 44%.
This effect makes gaining TP much safer in the middle of combat. However, as a counterbalance, from Chapter 3 onwards, the TP gain is reduced by 20%. This means that although you will be gaining TP slower, you will be safer while doing it.
Apart from its normal benefit of increasing your defense and graze area, the Pink Ribbon has a secondary use. You can bring it to Malius in Castle Town alongside the White Ribbon, and he will reforge it into the Twin Ribbon, which is an upgraded version of the Pink Ribbon.

How To Obtain the Pink Ribbon in Deltarune
You can only get this item during Chapter 2 of the game. It is hidden away in a secret alleyway in Cyber City. As a result, finding it can be a little difficult. You will find this area after the First Alleyway.
After you meet Noelle and pass the first Annoying Mouse Room puzzle, you will enter a new area. In this area, you will meet Addisons for the first time. Near the bottom left of this area, you can find the entrance into the secret alleyway. You can identify this entrance by the two Ambyu-Lances running around nearby. Opening the chest in this alley will grant you the Pink Ribbon.
