Armors are one of the most important aspects of gameplay in Deltarune. While weapons only need to be used in certain fights, armor is useful in every fight. Therefore, having a selection of good armors is key to winning the game.

One such armor piece is the B.Shot Bowtie, which is considered one of the better options in the game. Besides that, it helps you acquire an even better gear. Here is how you can obtain the B.Shot Bowtie in Deltarune.

As the B.Shot Bowtie is an armor, its primary function is to increase your defense. The Bowtie increases the equipping character’s defense by 2. Additionally, it increases their magic stat by 1. As Kris is unable to use magic, it is best to equip this armor to one of the other characters.

Apart from raising the equipping character’s defense and magic, the B.Shot Bowtie has one other use. You can combine it with a Tension Bit — a TP restoring item — to make the Tension Bow. The Tension Bow is also an armor that increases a character’s defense by 2. However, instead of increasing their magic, this armor increases the TP gain from grazing by 10%.

You can buy the B.Shot Bowtie from Swatch in the Dark World for 300 D$, a reasonable price. Swatch himself can be found in one of two locations. However, his location changes based on your completion of the game.

He can normally be encountered in his store, which is located at the entrance to Queen’s Mansion. However, once you have sealed off the Cyber World’s dark fountain, Swatch will switch locations. He will then be located in Castle Town’s café.

Note that Spamton’s store has an item that is also called the BSHOT BOWTIE. However, upon purchase, this item is revealed to be the Frayed Bowtie instead. It is easy to get confused between the two.
