The Jingle Blade is a weapon you could miss if you don’t know where to look properly in Deltarune. Here is how to get this secret item.
In Deltarune, each character wields a specific type of weapon. Out of the four playable characters, Kris, who uses swords and blades, has the largest number of available weapons.
Although most fights in the game can be completed by simply ACTing, certain fights will force you to FIGHT in order to achieve victory. In such cases, the weapon you have equipped becomes of paramount importance. It would be best to have access to strong weapons in those moments. Here is how you can obtain the Jingle Blade in Deltarune.

How To Get the Jingle Blade in Deltarune
You can get the Jingle Blade during Chapter 4 of Deltarune. Getting the weapon is extremely easy. Near the beginning of Chapter 4, you and Susie will visit Noelle’s house to “gather clues.” While you are there, head to Noelle’s room and interact with the desk on the right side of her room. Doing so will let you take a Holiday Pencil.
The Holiday Pencil will transform into the Jingle Blade whenever you enter a Dark World. Note that while getting the pencil is very easy, there will come a point during your visit to Noelle’s house when you will no longer be able to control Kris. After this occurs, you cannot pick up the pencil.
Because of this, make sure to collect the pencil before you lose control of Kris. As of Chapter 4, this is the only opportunity you will have to collect the Jingle Blade, as it is not currently possible to revisit Noelle’s house.

What Does the Jingle Blade Do in Deltarune?
The Jingle Blade is one of the best weapons currently available in the game. Of the weapons that can be equipped by Kris, the Jingle Blade is second only to the Black Shard. However, obtaining the Black Shard requires you to defeat the Roaring Knight. Due to the Knight’s immense difficulty, getting the Black Shard is incredibly hard. As such, the Jingle Blade, which is the next best thing, is your best bet.
The Jingle Blade increases your attack by 7 points. This is one of the highest increases provided by a weapon. Additionally, it increases your defense by 1 point. This minor increase in defense, coupled with its large attack boost, makes it one of the best options for Kris.
