This guide will help you determine the Pre Astyanax IV updated God Rolls in Destiny 2 for both PvE and PvP.
The Pre Astyanax IV in Destiny 2 now has new perks but retains its original archetype. It is still a Solar piece, but due to the significant number of new perks, its god rolls are now completely different. Also, with the updated perk pool, you can now use the weapon for various other purposes than before. If you still do not have the weapon, you can farm it using any of the Pinnacle Ops inside the Portal. You might have to try a few times for the weapon to appear in one of the chests, but you should eventually find it.

You can choose to replace Incandescent with Firefly. In that case, also replace Burning Ambition with Binary Orbit. Both of these perks will help boost Darkness elemental damage from associated weapons.

Rapid Hit and Swashbuckler are alternative perk choices here. The former grants increased utility after precision strikes, while Swashbuckler boosts overall damage.
