Diablo 4 Grigoire the Galvanic Saint Boss Guide

Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint, is one of the uber bosses in Diablo 4. Learn how to defeat this boss with the help of this guide.

There are so many bosses in Diablo 4, each having a unique skill set and giving different rewards. The game has some endgame bosses, which are called uber bosses. These bosses are much harder than the normal ones and reward players with unique and mythical unique items. Griogoire, the Galvanic Saint, is an uber boss in Diablo 4 that can be hard for some players.

In this guide, we will help the players in defeating Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint, in Diablo 4.

How To Summon Grigoire

This uber boss is found in a dungeon named Halls of the Penitent, located in a region called Dindai Flats. Head north in the dungeon to find the altar. Players have to sacrifice x12 Living Steel at the altar to summon Grigoire.

This item can be found in the Helltide chests and the Tree of Whispers. Additionally, players should have Torment 1 unlocked in order to summon this boss. After checking all the requirements, simply sacrifice the material and summon the boss.

Grigoire Boss Fight Guide

Grigoire deals a lot of lightning damage, so make sure to build some lightning resistance. Just like other uber bosses, Grigroire also has a stagger bar. Once this bar is filled, the boss will be stunned, and players will be able to deal damage freely. There are some attacks and abilities that players need to be aware of:

1. Shocking Entry: Grigoire will attack with a lightning attack just after the summoning ritual.
2. Mace Slam: The boss will slam his mace on the ground, causing electricity to flow. Stay clear of the red circles that appear to dodge this deadly attack.
3. Spark Strike: Grigoire likes to swing his mace to damage the players. Each attack releases lightning projectiles.
4. Summon Knights Penitent: In addition to all the lightning attacks, this boss can summon knights to overwhelm the players. Use AoE attacks in order to clear these summons quickly.
5. Pylons: Grigoire starts attacking players with charged pylons after 80% health. Careful positioning is crucial when dealing with these moves.
6. Galvanic Ascendance: The ultimate ability of the boss allows it to teleport. A number of pylons get activated, and 7 out of 9 tiles get electrified.

If the players have enough lighting resistance, they can defeat this boss easily. Learn the pattern, dodge dangerous attacks, and claim victory in this epic boss battle.
