How To Get Strike of Stormhorn in Diablo 4
The first thing you should do is dial up the difficulty to Torment. Once that is done, you can get the item from any of the following sources:
- Drops from the Beast in the Ice boss: To find this Lair Boss, head to the Glacial Fissure, which is just south of Kyovashad. Here, you can summon and fight the boss as many times as you want to get the Hoard Chest from it. However, keep in mind that you’ll need 12x Distilled Fear to open the chest each time, so make sure you have enough of those at hand. Run Nightmare Dungeons to get your hands on this item.
- Kurast Undercity runs and Helltide Chests are also great sources for the Strike of Stormhorn item. You might need to devote a few hours to these activities before you get the item you’re looking for. Or, if you’re lucky, you might get it in the first few tries.

How To Use Strike of Stormhorn in Diablo 4
The item helps improve the projectile speed of the Ball Lightning skill. Also, it adds bonus ranks to the ability, making it even more powerful. With Strike of Stormhorn, any percentage chance to cast the base Ball Lightning skill twice turns into a chance to cast Super Ball Lightning. This is an even more powerful version of the base ability, which deals more damage and has a bigger area of effect. It can stun enemies for longer and has a better Lucky Hit Chance.
Besides that, the Strike of Stormhorn item transforms the Ball Lightning ability so that each ball will explode on contact with an enemy, dealing AoE damage. It will also stun all foes caught in the blast when you’ve leveled up the skill to its max.
