Idol From Below (Horadric Jewels) is part of the Horadric Spell system introduced in Diablo 4’s 9th season, Sins of the Horadrim. These Horadric spells are fully customizable, and you can adapt most of them to any build you want. The Horadric Jewels fit into your jewelry to buff up your spells.
The Idol From Below also provides some base stats of 160 Armor and 8% Resistance to all elements. But the jewel also provides 6% primary stat, 6% maximum life, plus the Unhindered status effect on your character. How To Get Idol From Below in Diablo 4
The Idol From Below is a random Horadric Jewel unlocked by using the Horadric tomes. These tomes are unlocked after you finish the Seasonal Quests till Tier 10. After you receive the Horadric tome as a tier 10 quest reward, you can get more of it by completing Horadric Strongrooms above Torment I and higher difficulties. These tomes are consumables that will unlock random Horadric Jewels, such as the Idol From Below.
After you unlock the Idol From Below, you can craft it using 3,000 Horadric Phials and 15,000 gem fragments of any kind. The Idol From Below can be crafted at a Horadric Lapidary in your town square. You can then insert it into your jewelry socket to get the buffs from the jewel. This will boost your Horadric Spell as well as your character’s stats.
Horadric Jewels provide 160 Armor, 8% Resistance to all elements, and a unique modifier. The Idol From Below will provide a 6% primary stat gain, 6% maximum health, and an unhindered status effect while equipped. However, equipping the jewel will also attract Jewel Guardians in Sanctuary and dungeons.
