- Defeating Echo of Andariel: You can target farm the unique by beating the Echo of Andariel boss. However, to summon this boss, you would need specific summoning materials, such as 2x Pincushioned Dolls (from the Beast in the Ice boss) and 2x Sandscorched Shackles (from Lord Zir boss). Once you have the necessary summoning material, visit the Hanged Man’s Hall location to summon and fight Echo of Andariel.
- Defeating Echo of Duriel: Another boss that drops the Rod of Kepeleke is Echo of Duriel. In these instances, the cast is guaranteed to have Critical Strikes with up to 3% increased Critical Strike Damage for each point of Vigor depleted.
- Affix 1: Maximum Resource increases between 12 and 24 points.
- Affix 2: Critical Strike Damage increases between 80% and 100%.
- Affix 3: Between 26 and 35% increase in the chance of Core Skills triggering and hitting twice.
