Sepazontec in Diablo 4 is a unique item belonging to the Spiritborn class. This guide will detail all tips and tricks that can help you acquire it.
With the Vessel of Hatred expansion, Diablo 4 added a brand new class, dubbed the Spiritborn. Like every other class out there, Spiritborn has a wide range of unique items that players can collect and use. One such item is the Sepazontec quarterstaff. And, like all uniques, it isn’t easy to come by. So, if you’re struggling to acquire this specific unique, this guide will help you get Sepazontec in Diablo 4.
How To Find Sepazontec in Diablo 4
You can target farm the unique item from two of the game’s bosses — Duriel, King of Maggots, and the Echo of Andariel. However, you can’t go ahead and challenge these bosses without fulfilling certain requirements.
- Reach Level 60 or more
- Unlock the Torment 1 difficulty mode in Diablo 4
You can find Duriel, King of Maggots, in Kehjistan’s Gaping Crevasse area. If you want to go up against Echo of Andariel, visit the Hanged Man’s Hall in the same region.
Defeating these bosses may lead to the quarterstaff dropping. However, you may need to face them multiple times when target farming the item.
Besides the boss fights, you may also find Sepazontec from Helltide Chests or through the completion of Nightmare Dungeons. And, if you’re feeling lucky, you can also gamble with the Purveyor of Curiosities for this specific item.
How To Use Sepazontec
Before appreciating its usage, here’s a look at the various affixes and the Unique Effect tied to this quarterstaff for the Spiritborns:
- Unique Effect: All Basic Skill damage increases by up to 100% and they always rely on their 3rd attacks. Besides that, on your third subsequent cast of a Basic Skill, the skill will hit three times.
- Affix 1: Dexterity increases between 214 and 242.
- Affix 2: Basic Lucky Hit Chance increases by up to 6%.
- Affix 3: Basic Skills might deal double the damage. The chances of this triggering are up to 35%.
- Affix 4: Your Follow Through increases by 6 points.
- Equipment Affix: Block Chance becomes 45%.
As you may have guessed from the item’s stats, it is highly valuable if your Spiritborn relies mostly on their Basic Skills. The Sepazontec not only ensures a chance to double the damage from Basic Skill attacks, but it also makes every third hit into three strikes. Since the Lucky Hit Chance also increases, these attacks can cause massive damage to foes.
