How To Complete Kin of Cain in Diablo 4

You begin the quest by talking to Davish at the cemetery beside Firebreak Manor. He will inform you that he has a report of an old Horadric cache, and tips you off on its destination. Follow the marker on your map and make your way to Gea Kul. Enter the investigation area, and you’ll find the relic on the western end.
Interact with the cache, and you will find a Scavenger’s Note and Cracked Jewellery. The note will tell you the story of Deckard Cain and his family, and you’ll find his wife’s jewellery among the stash. The rest of the contents were moved over to Windswept Cabin, so that’s where you need to go next.
Head over to Windswept Cabin and you’ll find a chest inside. Interact with the chest, and it will drop the Gnarled Walking Staff and Terse Note. Pick the staff up and interact with the note to get more lore tidbits about the Cain family. The note will then direct you towards the Yshari Sanctum.
Make your way to the Imperial Library and cut through the interior to enter the Yshari Sanctum. Kill all the enemies along your path and head deeper. At the very end of the dungeon, you’ll find a chest, which you can open to acquire the Book of Cain. Head back to Cerrigar and place the three relics to complete the quest.
