Bloody Charm allows you to kill enemies effectively with the Execute effect. Find out how to acquire it in Diablo 4 Season 9.
Horadric Spells, introduced in Diablo 4 Season 9, are powerful spells that players can customize depending on their needs and preferences. Catalysts, Infusions, and Arcana are the three essential elements that shape how a Horadric Spell works and deals damage. While the Catalysts and Infusions define the spell’s base power and elemental type, Arcana provide additional effects and power-ups. You can equip up to three Arcana to blend distinct effects to your Catalyst. Bloody Charm is a Legendary Arcana, which provides a powerful Execute effect to your Catalyst, allowing you to finish off non-Boss enemies effectively. In addition to its base effect, Bloody Charm grants unique enhancements depending on the Catalyst it’s paired with. Here is how you can acquire Bloody Charm in Diablo 4 Season 9.

How To Obtain Bloody Charm in Diablo 4
Unlike Catalysts and Infusions, you cannot acquire Arcana like Bloody Charm through seasonal questline progression. Instead, you can acquire them by clearing Horadric Strongrooms and opening the reward cache. Legendary Arcana starts dropping from Horadric Strongrooms rewards only after Tier 6 Horadric Knowledge. Once you reach the required Horadric Knowledge Rank, you will randomly obtain Bloody Charm from the Horadric Strongrooms rewards.
How To Use Bloody Charm in Diablo 4
Equip a Bloody Charm to one of the Arcana slots to infuse your Catalyst with the Execute effect that immediately kills non-Boss enemies with 10% or lower Life. It also provides a distinct effect when paired with different Catalysts:
- Celestial Surge: Execute non-Boss enemies with 10% or less Life with the moon’s impact, with successful executions reducing the Cooldowns by 2 seconds.
- Disintegrate: Immediately Execute Non-Boss enemies with 10% or less Life, with the threshold doubling for non-elite enemies.
- Propulsion: Execute non-Boss enemies with the Mana Blast. You will also receive 70% Movement Speed for 5 seconds for successful executions.
- Astral Pillar: Execute non-Boss enemies by launching additional waves towards them.
- Cosmic Anomaly: Non-Boss enemies within the implosion range will be Executed. You will also receive a 20% Attack Speed boost for 8 seconds for successful executions.
You can upgrade Bloody Charm using Horadric Phials up to Rank 5, with each Rank increasing its effect by +2%.
