How To Obtain Floaty Bobble in Diablo 4
Unlike Catalysts and Infusions, Arcana cannot be obtained through the seasonal questline. Instead, you need to complete Horadric Strongrooms to get them. Similarly, you can obtain Floaty Bobble randomly by clearing Horadric Strongrooms and opening the reward chests. However, you must reach Rank 6 Horadric Knowledge. The Floaty Bobble will appear as a reward only after you reach this rank.
How To Use Floaty Bobble in Diablo 4
Arcana comes in three different types: Magic, Rare, and Legendary. Legendary Arcana like Floaty Bobble provide unique effects tailored to each Catalyst. While the Floaty Bobble offers a specialized blink effect and grants Unhindered status for 2.0 seconds (+0.4 seconds per rank), it grants the following effects for each Catalyst.
- Celestial Surge: It grants Unhindered and blinks you to the center of its Oracular Rune.
- Disintegrate: It blinks you to your target while leaving its Arcane Conductor behind. The Unhindered status remains active during the beam and for 2.0 seconds after.
- Propulsion: It blinks you to the center of the blast while granting Unhindered for 2.0 seconds. As for melee skill, it blinks you to the Knocked Back enemies.
- Astral Pillar: It blinks you to your targeted destination while granting Unhindered for 2.0 seconds. As for ranged skills, it drops the flare at your previous location.
- Cosmic Anomaly: It blinks you to its implosion while granting Unhindered. Additionally, it removes all negative effects.
The Unhindered status allows you to move through enemies without reducing the movement speed. Just like Catalysts and Infusions, you can upgrade Arcana like Floaty Bobble using Horadric Phials.
