MrBeast met up with Bhushan Kumar, the CEO of T-Series. The two channels have long had an unofficial subscriber race, which has now ended.
YouTube’s most subscribed creator, Jimmy “MrBeast,” finally met with the CEO of YouTube’s second-most subscribed channel, T-Series. Despite T-Series predominantly being a Bollywood channel, the name has become popular across the globe. T-Series first received international attention during its unofficial subscriber race with veteran YouTuber Felix “PewDiePie.” T-Series went on to become the most subscribed channel thereafter and held this title until June 2024, when MrBeast overtook them.
At the time of writing, Jimmy boasts having a whopping 336 million subscribers, compared to T-Series, which has 280 million. Jimmy overtook the Bollywood songs page on June 2, following an unofficial rivalry between the two channels. The YouTuber recently visited India, and during his time, he also met up with Bhushan Kumar, the CEO of T-Series.
They filmed a comical skit, where Kumar subscribed to MrBeast’s channel. In response, MrBeast returned the favor, declaring:
“Now I will return the favor. After all these years, the sub-race is over.”
The clip of their collaboration was shared by verified X account Ryan (@Scubaryan_). The post even garnered a response from Jimmy, who suggested that they might race to a billion in the future. He wrote:

What Is the Upcoming MrBeast Project
MrBeast is no stranger to hosting big projects. His upcoming video is set to feature his “Beast Games.” With 1,000 participants, this event will see competitors battling it out for a massive prize of $5 million.

Despite the excitement surrounding the project, it has also been controversial for Jimmy. Reports have surfaced about mishandling and mismanagement during the filming process, which took place in July 2024.
Earlier this month, he also received a lawsuit from some of the participants. The allegations include mismanagement, health risks, and non-payments.
MrBeast’s latest video was also a major hit. He collaborated with none other than Cristiano Ronaldo, who has recently joined the YouTube family and now boasts over 60 million subscribers.
MrBeast also appeared on Cristiano Ronaldo’s channel during a podcast. The two filmed a football challenge video for Jimmy’s challenge, where a contestant faced off 1v1 against Ronaldo for a whopping $1 million.
MrBeast continues to grow exponentially and remains the undisputed number 1 channel on YouTube. Despite the controversies surrounding him and his team, he continues to produce content on a regular schedule.
