A Vow Made on a Starry Sky is the eighth main mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger. In it, players must rescue some children who are Aegiomon’s friends from Vademon. To do that, you will have to travel to a dungeon called the Outer Dungeon. However, you must first track the traces of the lost children near the Shinjuku Waterway to find their whereabouts. Go To the Shinjuku Park to Play
A Vow Made on a Starry Sky mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger begins like its predecessors, with the protagonist waking up in the Misono household attic. There, you will find Inori and Aegiomon. Speak to them to learn about your first objective. This time, you must go to Shinjuku Park with them.
To be specific, players need to go to the Water Plaza in Shinjuku Park. Once there, follow the objective marker to find a mother NPC. She will tell you that she cannot find the kids who were playing with Aegiomon in the Genius or Crackpot? mission. After that, follow the objective marker again to track the traces of the missing children.

Head Into the Outer Dungeon To Help the Children
After scouting the nearby areas, head to the Community Forest. You can use a Digiattack on the box in the clearing. Once you are done, the marked spots in the area will lead you toward the underground waterway. Enter the area and keep following and inspecting the various sparkly spots. Eventually, you will come across a glowing red one; interacting with it will take you to the Outer Dungeon.
Inside, after a brief cutscene, you will need to head to the lower floor to find the lost children. However, to do that, you must first gain access to the teleport point. The path will be blocked, but you can use a Digiattack to clear the way. After that, follow the linear path to defeat Vademon and rescue the missing kids.
Once you have rescued them from the dungeon, return to your attic at the Misono household to conclude the A Vow Made on a Starry Sky mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger.
