You need to craft the Digi-Egg of Sincerity to add it to your inventory. For this, you first need to unlock Vulcanusmon’s Forge, collect the required ingredients, and then craft this specific item.
Unlocking Vulcanusmon’s Forge
You can unlock Vulcanusmon’s Forge during the Incoming Conflict main mission in the game. During the quest, your first objective is to defeat Vulcanusmon at the Factorial Core. Once defeated, continue progressing through the mission and complete all required objectives.
After finishing the mission, return to the Factorial Core, take the lift down, and you will find Vulcanusmon’s Forge in the lower area.
Obtain the Ingredients To Craft the Digi-Egg of Sincerity

You can purchase this attachment skill from the Bartender at the In-Between Theater for 1,500 Yen. To quickly gather five Tree Models, battle Digimon such as MudFrigimon in dungeons, as they commonly drop them.
