To begin The Easy Road is Best quest, you must first complete the Mystery of the Missing T-Shirt side quest. Once that is done, the Easy Road quest becomes available during the Throne of the Underworld main mission. During this mission, you will receive a Digiline message from ZubaEagermon on your Digivice, which marks the start of ‘The Easy Road is Best’ quest.

How To Complete The Easy Road is Best Quest in Digimon Story Time Stranger
In The Easy Road is Best quest, your first objective is to meet ZubaEagermon at Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley. You can reach this area by entering Shinjuku: East Shopping District, crossing the narrow alley, and following the quest marker. Once there, find and interact with ZubaEagermon.
However, ZubaEagermon will ask you to wear a T-shirt with a Digimon on it. To obtain the item, head back to Shinjuku: East Shopping District and visit the costume shops. Look for the Digimon Pixel Art T-Shirt, which costs 3,000 Yen. After purchasing it, open your Digivice, go to the Agent screen, and equip the T-shirt.
Next, return to ZubaEagermon and interact with it again. After the dialogue, your Digimon will evolve into Duramon. The final part of the quest will take you to Paradise Colosseum, where you will find Duramon near the reception counter. You will encounter Duramon waiting near the reception counter. Begin the interaction to trigger another dialogue sequence with Duramon evolving into Grademon.
