The Turth Born from an Egg quest in Digimon Story Time Stranger is built around the Shinjuku Underground Reservoir. It is the eleventh main mission in the game. The mission begins in the attic of the Misono house, where you get a new member for your party. Then, you must find your way to the reservoir, which requires some traveling on foot with your companions. The storyline concludes with a scripted boss fight. Digimon Story Time Stranger: Truth Born from an Egg Mission Walkthrough
Go to the Shibnjuku Underground Reservoir
At the start of the Truth Born from an Egg mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger, you will need to leave the attic and go to the living room of the Misono house. There, you will find Inori and Sagisaka, and Minervamon from the Shinjuku Rhapsody quest will then join your team. Then, you will have to travel to the Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square.
Once there, head to the subway that leads to the Maunonaka Line: Shinjuku Station. Follow the objective marker to find the stairs near the ticket gate, and then go to the train platform. This time, you won’t be waiting for a train. Instead, open the gates to the tracks, jump down, and start walking. Eventually, you will find a door on your left-hand side.
Enter the room to find the path to the Shinjuku Underground Reservoir. There, you will find a ladder; take it and go down. You will then find yourself in an area full of Goblinmon. If you open the map, you will notice a door at the upper left side of the entrance. That is where you need to go.

Pursue the Dark Shadow
When you reach the door, you will see that it is locked. You can try to open it with a DigiAttack, but it won’t work. Minervamon will then open it for you. After that, follow the path and head deeper into the area. Soon, you will find a staircase; take it to go down and then turn right. There, you will find a cracked egg on the grass. There will also be a rift that leads to the In-Between Theater; however, it is optional.
Once you approach the egg, Titamon will make its entrance. Remember, this won’t be like other boss fights in the game. This one is scripted and has a fixed outcome that does not depend on whether you win or lose. However, if you want to conserve your items and get through this segment quickly, we recommend that you simply lose this fight. When it ends, it also concludes the Truth Born from an Egg mission in Digimon Story Time Stranger.
