Discover how much time you will spend seeing the story of Robert Robertson all the way through to the end in Dispatch.
Dispatch is now available for PlayStation 5 and PC players. This project is a unique take on the superhero genre. The story and gameplay are reminiscent of Telltale Games, where the core gameplay involves picking the right dialogue within the allotted time. These choices will branch out and determine how the story unfolds.
Only the first two episodes have been released. The first episode is a perfect introduction to Aaron Paul’s Mecha Man, and it progresses from there based on player choice. Players will spend an hour and a half or up to two hours finishing the first two episodes.

The Length of Dispatch Will Vary on Player Choices
AdHoc Studio utilized a strategy similar to Telltale Games through episodes. The staff had experience working on similar titles and followed the same structure and approach. On October 22, 2025, the first two episodes were released, and the following episodes will be released weekly, similar to a television series.

If all future episodes share the same length as the first two, players could be looking at 8 or potentially 10 hours to complete the story of Mecha Man in Dispatch.
What Is Dispatch All About?
In this game, players will get a chance to dictate the life of Mecha Man. After an accident, Mecha Man is no more, but his other life can still do some good. Robert Robertson now works with a team of reformed villains who can do some good, becoming their dispatcher. There is no telling what branching storylines players will encounter.
