One of the main features of Dispatch is managing your roster of heroes for the SDN and making big decisions for the team. Blonde Blazer revealed that the office has a bullpen for a leaderboard, and whoever is caught at the bottom will have to be cut loose.

Cutting a member loose will make room for better and more suitable candidates, such as Phenomaman, the poster boy for the SDN, or Waterboy, a trainee with water-based abilities and some confidence issues. Regardless of which hero you pick, the only difference will be some dialogue.

Picking Phenomaman

After being suspended by another branch for his dip in performance due to his recent breakup with Blonde Blazer, Phenomaman is a likely candidate for the Z-Team. It makes sense to recruit an established hero with near-perfect stats to help improve the team’s image and morale. Picking Phenomaman will lead to a lengthy exchange between him and Robert.

While other members may not be as welcoming, Phenomaman finds a new sense of purpose and remains a hero, albeit in a new environment and with different co-workers.

Picking Waterboy

Originally hired as a janitor, the SDN can use Waterboy for his powers to do some good. His co-workers often make fun of his stuttering, but you can pick the right dialogue to encourage him. Either way, we recommend choosing responses that make either of the two feel good about themselves.

Travis Willingham and Joel Haver did an exceptional job in this episode and are fine voice actors for their roles. It is worth noting that whoever you pick will be usable for missions in the remaining episodes.
