Hades 2 is currently in early access, and the developers haven’t announced a full release date for the game yet. However, that hasn’t dampened the excitement of players of this popular roguelike.

Expected Release Date for Hades 2
Supergiant Games has remained tight-lipped about the full Hades 2 release date. Last year, the Creative Director for the game, Greg Kasavin, claimed that the sequel to Hades would remain in early access at least until the end of 2024. However, if we go by the release history of the publisher, we can assume that the full game may be slated for release later this year, possibly between May and July. At this point, this is pure conjecture, though, since there isn’t any official word on the same.
It is, however, pretty certain that the full release for the game might be a few months away. The roguelike title recently received its 2nd major update. The developers have also revealed plans for a third major update arriving in the game in a few months. So, they could be planning to release the title once this future update drops.
What Does the Second Major Update Add?
The latest update adds the god of war, Ares, to Hades 2. Dubbed the Warsong Update, it also adds many other things into the game, such as a new animal companion, Altar of Ashes, new voiced lines, additional quests, and more.
