Wuchang Fallen Feathers finally has a release date, with the game scheduled for release in July 2025. The game’s release first came to light in 2021, with an official gameplay showcase during last year’s Xbox Games Showcase. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, Wuchang Fallen Feathers is a souls-like RPG in the same vein as games like Lies of P, Nioh, and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Thematically, the game shares similarities with Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, save for its fictional setting and characters. Much like Nioh and Wo Long, Wuchang is an action-heavy RPG with a fast-paced combat system focused on parries, counterattacks, and build-crafting.
Following the release date announcement, pre-orders for Wuchang Fallen Feathers have also gone live on all platforms. Surprisingly enough, there is no early access incentive for pre-ordering the game. However, the game does feature pre-order bonus cosmetics that you might not want to miss out on. When Is Wuchang Fallen Feathers Releasing?
Wuchang Fallen Feathers is scheduled to be released on July 24, 2025. The game is coming exclusively to current-gen systems, i.e., PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. On PC, the game is available via both Steam and Epic Games Store. In addition to that, the game is also coming to Xbox Game Pass on the same day as its release date. Do note that you need to be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate if you’re on Xbox Series X|S to get access to day-one releases. On PC, however, the regular Game Pass subscription gives you access to day-one releases. While Wuchang doesn’t feature early access incentives, it has pre-order exclusive cosmetics.
Furthermore, there’s also the Deluxe Edition of the game, which comes with a host of exclusive in-game unlocks.
What Are the Pre-Order Bonuses for Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
The pre-order bonus for Wuchang Fallen Feathers includes – 2 costume sets, an exclusive weapon (War Club), and a skill upgrade item. Here’s a rundown of everything that is included as part of the pre-order incentive:
