Similar to most entrances to the Challenge Courses in Donkey Kong Bananza, you will also find the entrance to the Sixth Battle Challenge in Canyon Layer locked. However, this entrance is a challenge in itself, as some Neptunite rocks block it.

How To Break Neptunite in the Canyon Layer in Donkey Kong Bananza
Unlike other gates, which you can unlock via Kong’s punches or Pauline’s singing, the Sixth Battle Challenge’s entrance will require a different strategy. To unlock it, you must first find a Constructone near the entrance. He is a blue character wearing a construction hat, most likely located directly below the entrance platform.
Once you successfully find the required character, interact with him to open the entrance. He will inform you that the ruins are blocked, and you will have to spend 600 Gold to blow up the Neptunite rocks. Since you have no other choice and this is the only way to enter the obstacle course, pay him the money to begin the challenging journey.
