Now, you need to grab a chunk of the enemy and surf over it to reach the other side of the obstacle course, where you will spot the first Banandium Gem over a platform. Once you collect the first Banana of the course, head down to encounter a pink-colored monster. Now, grab it over the shoulder and return to the thorny course. Since the monster is pink in color, you can ride it under the sunlight to follow the first diversion path on the right. At the end of the obstacle course, you will find the second Banandium Gem.
Third Banandium Gem in Surfing in Shadow in Donkey Kong Bananza
After claiming the second gem, return to the location of the first Banana using the barrel. Now, turn right to encounter another two purple-colored monsters. Stand in the light and wait for one of them to arrive there. After that, ride on its corpse on the dark surface.
