Donkey Kong Bananza has many different conclusions, including a secret ending. Here’s how you can unlock it.
In Donkey Kong Bananza, there are multiple endings you can unlock depending on how much of the main and post-game content you complete. Among all these endings, the secret ending is the hardest to achieve and especially special for long-time fans. To unlock the secret ending, you must first finish the main storyline and then enter the post-game, which takes about 15-20 hours if you focus only on the main objectives.

Unlocking the Secret Ending in Donkey Kong Bananza
To unlock the secret ending, you need to complete all six Rehearsals with the Elders at different locations. In the game, DK learns about his special powers and transformations by helping the Elders through challenges called Rehearsals. To access these Rehearsals, you must collect a certain number of Banandium Gems. Here is the location of each Elder and the number of Banandium Gems needed for each Rehearsal:

What Happens in the Secret Ending of Donkey Kong Bananza?
Once everything is back to normal and DK reunites with Pauline, she asks him to introduce her to all the Elders. She needs their inspiration for her new song, which the Elders help with during the Rehearsals. After completing all of them, travel to the Planet Core and make your wish using the Great Banandium Root.
The final cutscene shows Pauline singing in front of a large crowd while wearing the iconic red dress from Super Mario Odyssey. This marks the end of the secret ending for Donkey Kong Bananza.
