How To Save, Load, and Erase a Game in Donkey Kong Bananza
In DK Bananza, your progress automatically gets saved once you reach the respective checkpoints. In addition to the auto-save, you can manually save your game. To do so, you can follow these instructions:
- To start the procedure, you first need to open the pause menu with the help of the + button on your right Joy-Con.
- Next, head to the Save Data option. It is the middle icon out of the five options, adjacent to the left of the gear icon.
- Once you open the Save interface, you will locate four options, with the Save option located at the top.
- When you choose the Save option in the menu, you will see three available save slots. You need to select one of them to save your game progress.
Similar to saving the game, you can also load a pre-save in DK Bonanza. This feature works whether you are starting a new game or are already in the middle of one. To do so, follow the same steps as saving until you reach the final menu with four options. Select the one option to load a game, then choose any of the saved files from the three available slots to continue from a pre-save. Similarly, you can use the exact menu to delete any saved game.
