Margie is a flexible Pyro character in Duet Night Abyss (DNA). She can play as either a support or a DPS for your team composition. She relies on building up stacks on her Ultimate to make a huge impact on the battlefield. Due to this mechanic, she takes time to buffer her overall damage.

On top of her flexibility, she is also a character you can obtain pretty early, for free. This means you won’t have to spend too much time grinding to unlock her, unlike other characters. On top of that, she is pretty easy to use, making her a good starter character to learn while you understand the complex mechanics of the game.

With that said, this guide will cover the best build for Margie in Duet Night Abyss, including the team compositions that suit her. 

Best Weapons for Margie in Duet Night Abyss

Melee Weapon

Just like most characters, like Rebecca, the Siren’s Kiss is the best melee weapon for Margie. This weapon increases skill range significantly, allowing you to hit targets much farther. Additionally, it also boosts your normal attack speed. This speed enhancement effect stacks up to 12 times. It takes a while to hit max stacks, but with the right combo, that should not be an issue. However, keep in mind that the effect does wear off once you switch weapons. 

Your second option, if you have yet to acquire this weapon through farming, is Wanewraith. This weapon increases skill damage significantly. If you don’t need that extra skill range, you can go for this weapon instead for a massive skill damage increase.

Ranged Weapon

For ranged weapons, the Excresduo is our recommended weapon for Margie in Duet Night Abyss. This weapon increases the Skill Damage significantly. Considering how she relies on casting her skills to deal damage, this is your best bet if you want a long-range option. 

Alternatively, you can get the Destructo for the increased skill range. This effect works similarly to Siren’s Kiss. On top of that, this weapon also has its own crown control effect. The projectiles from this grenade launcher can knock enemies in the air.

Best Geniemon

As a Pyro unit, the best Geniemon for Margie in Duet Night Abyss is Pyrelf. This companion can increase both the main character and the combat partner’s Pyto Attack by 2.4%. Additionally, Pyro Demon Wedges prefixed with Griffin, Typhon, and Covenanter will also be enhanced by 0.9%. You can acquire Pyrelf after reaching Level 30 in the Bard’s Tome Battle Pass. 

Alternatively, you can catch a Pyrotail, which increases Pyro Attack by 1.2%. Additionally, it increases the effects from Demon Wedges prefixed with Phoenix by 0.5%. The buffs are not that massive, but this Geniemon is easier to acquire, as you only need to catch them and feed them treats.

Best Margie Team in Duet Night Abyss

For the best team for Margie, you will need Lynn as your secondary DPS unit, then use Truffle and Filbert as your support. The Pyro Attack increase you get from the Hellforge Passive of Lynn is a good bonus. On the other hand, Truffle and Filbert help a lot with stacking up the Jackpot! Passive.
