Here are the optimized settings for playing EA Sports FC 26 at 4K resolution on GPUs with up to 16GB VRAM or higher.
Playing EA FC26 at 4K is the best way to experience the game’s graphical fidelity. However, it requires a powerful PC to hit high frame rates. The game’s engine is well optimized. However, the lack of upscaling technologies such as DLSS, FSR, and XeSS makes things difficult for modern GPUs.

These settings ensure you get a high frame rate alongside maximum visual fidelity. We have opted not to set everything to ultra due to the performance penalty it incurs. Image quality output with our settings is nearly indistinguishable from the ultra preset. We have also kept Strand-Based Hair at a lower value. This is because it adds more realistic hair physics, and with that, there is more GPU computational cost involved.
Due to the design choice of this game, i.e., not offering any upscaling, we have maximized the performance headroom as much as possible. That way, the frame rate, alongside input latency, is the best. If you have a high refresh rate screen, you can also cap your frame rate via RTSS. This will ensure your GPU has breathing room, and with that, your input latency will go down even further.
Lastly, if you believe you need a higher frame rate, lower the Render Scale to 70% or even 80% from 100%. This will reduce the internal render resolution, and the game will then upscale the image to 4K resolution.
