How To Turn Off Shadows in EA FC 26
Follow this step-by-step guide on how you can turn off shadows in EA FC 26:
- Launch the game and head to the main screen.
- Head to the Settings menu.
- Navigate to the Visuals section of the Settings menu.
- Scroll down and find the Accessibility option.
- In there, find Shadows and turn off both options for Player and Stadium.
Once the process is complete, check if you find any issues while playing the game.

How To Fix Shadow Issues in EA FC 26
Sometimes, there will be a bug with stadium shadows even if you have already disabled them in the settings. When this happens, you need to do the following:
- After turning Shadows off in EA FC 26, restart the game.
- Head back to the settings and turn Shadows back on.
- Save your settings and turn Shadows off one more time.
This process should temporarily fix the shadow bug in the game. Keep in mind that the issue might appear again the next time you boot up the game. When this happens, simply do the same process.
The best thing you can do to minimize this issue is to set your map to Night. This will remove the sun and minimize the shadows that may appear on the field. With that said, you may still notice some visual bugs in certain stadiums. It is best to stick with the default stadium as much as possible. It’s one of the maps with no environmental shadows.
