Everything you need to know about the best Ironeye build and Relics for the Everdark Equilibrious Beast in Elden Ring Nightreign.

Ironeye is easily the best Nightfarer (class) in Elden Ring Nightreign when it comes to a more passive playstyle. And considering the sheer chaos that ensues in the battle against Everdark Equilibrious Beast, picking Ironeye is easily the best option for most players. With Ironeye, you can easily adopt a playstyle that serves as both a shield and a tank. Furthermore, if used correctly, Ironeye can also be the team’s DPS character, thanks to the Marking Character Skill.
However, when faced against the Everdark Equilibrious Beast, you will need much more than just Ironeye’s Mark and agility. You will need a well-optimized Relics loadout to take down what is easily Nightreign’s most powerful boss thus far. Here’s a comprehensive guide on the best Ironeye build for Everdark Equilibrious Beast in Elden Ring Nightreign.
Overview of the Best Ironeye Build for Everdark Equilibrious Beast in Elden Ring Nightreign

For most Everdark Nightlords, Ironeye usually can go by just fine with a few Vigor and Affinity Damage Relics. However, that’s not the case with Everdark Equilibrious Beast. For Libra, Creature of Night, you need passives that give you Ranged Attack buffs right off the bat. Furthermore, you also need a consistent way of dealing Holy or Fire damage.
Ideally, you would want to use Heolstor’s Relic for all Affinity-related uses. However, we recommend using Edge of Order instead. This Relic will somewhat cripple you at the start of an Expedition, especially if you’re used to Heolstor’s Relic for Ironeye. However, having Holy from the start will make your life a lot easier on Day 3. You can still use Heolstor’s Relic for the Affinity Damage buff. However, we recommend using the Blue Socket for Everdark Augur’s Relic instead.

Tips To Use the Best Ironeye Build Against Everdark Equilibrious Beast

Here are some tips that should help you use the Ironeye build against the Everdark Equilibrious Beast:
- As Ironeye, you ideally want to employ the “run and gun” strategy against Libra. Do note that in his second phase, Libra can teleport long distances, which will make it difficult to dodge some of his AOEs. This is where +1 additional Character Skill will come into play. Having a reserve Mark available will let you dodge out of the teleportation AOEs.
- If you have Heolstor’s Relic equipped, make sure to equip at least two Bows in your active weapons row. That way, you can swap to different Bows with a single button press, which will save a lot of time in the long run. Additionally, if you did not start with Edge of Order, do keep an eye out for Erdtree Bow.
- Our Ironeye build is purpose-built for a solo Expedition. However, with a few tweaks, you can use it for co-op as well. If you plan to use the build for co-op, we recommend swapping Dark Night of Fathom with regular Night of Fathom, which grants better perks for co-op.
Additional Notes
For Ironeye, we highly recommend using the Rotted Woods Shifting Earth. The Rotted Wood’s blessing increases the Nightfarer’s max HP and also the base DPS. Although the attack up isn’t that substantial for Ironeye, the additional HP is very useful when faced against a boss like Libra.
