As stated earlier, Wormface is a Night boss in Elden Ring Nightreign. This means you face the boss at the end of Day 1 or 2 in the game. In our experience, we fought this boss on Day 2. The boss retains most of its annoying traits from Elden Ring, the most egregious of which is its ability to inflict Death Blight.

As you approach the boss, you will see your Death Blight meter fill up. If the meter fills completely, you will be insta-killed. This makes the boss a tough nut to crack. Furthermore, the boss summons tons of rats, undead, and crabs. You have to navigate your way around these minions while also avoiding the boss.

Tips To Easily Defeat Wormface in Elden Ring Nightreign

As stated earlier, Wormface inflicts Death Blight and will kill you if the meter fills up. The meter takes about 10 seconds to fill and even longer to deplete. Managing this meter is essential to defeating the boss.

To deal with Death Blight, you need to use the minions to your advantage. Killing the small rats around the arena drops boluses you can use. These boluses reset the Death Blight meter, allowing you to stay close to the boss for longer. Kill the rats and stock up on boluses before rushing up to Wormface to attack, and repeat the strategy. Make sure that not all three members of the team rush the boss. If you do so, you risk losing the entire team to Death Blight at once.
