Once you get the Arsonist quest from Orange, from your mission log, you will learn that there is a dangerous NPC named the Mad Bomber who is walking around with lethal weapons such as grenades and incendiary bullets around Farm Town. So naturally, you will have to take care of this situation.
After starting the quest and launching your raid, you must travel to Farm Town to locate the Mad Bomber. The NPC will be near the Makeshift Construction Site or Gas Station near a Mercenary Camp. When you approach him, be very careful. As the name suggests, the primary weapon of this NPC is grenades, but he also uses incendiary rounds.
However, if you keep your distance, take cover, and use weapons that can deal damage from a long range, then you can turn the tide of battle in your favor. Do not try to go full melee, as it will be quite difficult to dodge his attack from close range, and you might die. You can also try to throw Dynamite at the enemy to give them a taste of their own medicine.
